Ingredients: -1/2 cilantro, chopped -1 bunch green onion, sliced -1 tsp dried oregano -2 pinches red chili flake (adjust for spicy level) -3-4 cloves garlic, rough chop -salt to taste -1/2 cup red wine vinegar -3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Instructions: 1) Put all of the ingredients except the olive oil in blender or food processor. Pulse until combined. Do NOT over blend otherwise will turn into a puree. 2) Slowly add in olive oil while pulsing or slowly add in while whisking. 3) Serve and enjoy Notes: 1) Use whisking method if you are worried you will puree or want to keep in bigger pieces. 2) Serve over fish, steak, chicken or your favorite veggies.
